Installation Instructions

RustDesk on Windows

  1. Go to rustdesk.com and click Download.
  2. Pick the Windows version (the file ending in .exe).
  3. Open the downloaded file. You can run it right away or click Install.
  4. If Windows asks "Do you want to allow this app to make changes?", click Yes.
  5. Read me the ID and one-time password shown on the left side.

Google Remote Desktop on Windows

  1. Open Google Chrome and go to remotedesktop.google.com/support.
  2. Sign in with your Google account.
  3. Under "Get Support," click the download button and add the extension.
  4. Run the installer that downloads and click Yes if asked.
  5. Click "Generate Code" and read me the 12-digit code.
